Brand Every Video: Using the Brand Kit and Intro/Outro Templates

Every video you publish is a touchpoint with your audience. Consistent branding across all your videos makes your content instantly recognizable and builds professional credibility. Highlight Studio's Brand Kit lets you set this up once and apply it everywhere.

Set Up Your Brand Kit

Open the Brand Kit in settings and configure your brand identity:

• Company Name - Used in intros, outros, and watermarks.
• Brand Colors - Your primary colors, used for backgrounds and template styling.
• Logo - Upload your logo for watermarks and branding screens.

You only need to do this once. Every new project will have access to your brand settings.

Add a Watermark

A watermark subtly marks your content as yours. Choose your style:

• Logo only - Clean and minimal.
• Text only - Just your company name.
• Logo + Text - The full package.
• Custom image - Use any image as your watermark.

Position it in any corner, adjust the opacity so it is visible but not distracting, and set the scale to fit. The watermark is automatically rendered into every export.

Create a Branded Intro

First impressions count. Add an intro screen that plays before your content:

• Pick a background - solid color, gradient preset (like Cosmic Purple or Ocean Blue), or upload a custom image.
• Add your company name and tagline with custom font, size, and color.
• Position elements using the 9-point layout grid.
• Set the duration (2-5 seconds is typical).

End with an Outro

An outro is your chance to include a call to action. Use it for:

• A link to your website or signup page.
• Social media handles.
• A "thanks for watching" message.

Outros use the same customization options as intros. Set them as defaults in your global settings, or override per project when needed.
