Quick Export Presets

Highlight Studio includes built-in export presets optimized for popular platforms, so you can export with the right settings in one click.

Available Presets

  • YouTube — 16:9 aspect ratio, 1080p resolution. Ideal for standard YouTube uploads.
  • X / Twitter — 16:9 aspect ratio, 1080p resolution. Fits Twitter's video requirements.
  • Instagram — 1:1 square aspect ratio, 1080p resolution. Perfect for Instagram feed posts.
  • TikTok — 9:16 portrait aspect ratio, 1080p resolution. Vertical format for TikTok and Reels.
  • LinkedIn — 16:9 aspect ratio, 1080p resolution. Professional format for LinkedIn posts.
  • Discord — 16:9 aspect ratio, 720p resolution. Optimized for Discord's file size limits.

Using a Preset

  1. Open the export dialog with Cmd+E.
  2. Select a platform preset from the list.
  3. The aspect ratio and quality are configured automatically.
  4. Click Export to render.

Custom Settings

After selecting a preset, you can still fine-tune individual settings before exporting. The preset gives you a starting point, and you can override any setting as needed.
