Highlight Studio can capture your iPhone or iPad screen directly, making it easy to create mobile app demos and tutorials.

How to Record an iOS Device

1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your Mac using a USB cable.
2. Open Highlight Studio and select your iOS device as the recording source.
3. Highlight Studio will automatically detect the connected device and display its screen.
4. Start recording as you normally would.

Device Frame

When you record an iOS device, Highlight Studio can automatically wrap your recording in a realistic device frame (bezel). You can customize:

• Device model - Choose from iPhone 14, iPhone 16 Pro, iPad Pro, and other models.
• Device color - Select different color options available for each model.
• Orientation - Portrait or landscape.
• Drop shadow - Add a shadow behind the device frame with adjustable intensity.
• Notch and status bar - Toggle visibility of the device notch and iOS status bar.

The device frame is rendered in the final export, giving your mobile recordings a polished, professional look.
